Introduction:
The procurement policy of NATURALS CARE (hereafter referred to as "the Organization") aims to ensure fair, transparent, and accountable procurement processes for the acquisition of goods, services, and works. Objectives:
The objectives of the procurement policy are as follows:
a) To obtain the best value for money in procurement activities.

c) To ensure equal opportunities for qualified suppliers and contractors.
d) To ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational guidelines.
e) To promote sustainable and ethical procurement practices.
Procurement Principles:
The Organization adheres to the following principles in its procurement processes:
a) Transparency: All procurement activities shall be conducted in an open and transparent manner, ensuring equal treatment of all prospective suppliers and contractors.
b) Accountability: Procurement processes shall be accountable and subject to audit and review.
c) Economy: Cost-effectiveness and value for money shall be considered in all procurement decisions, ensuring the optimum allocation of resources.
d) Fairness: Procurement processes shall be fair, providing equal opportunities to all qualified suppliers and contractors.

Procurement Procedures:
The Organization follows the following procedures in its procurement processes:
